📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the immigration process for clients entering the Philippines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.
• Lead a team of immigration consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with legal experts and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient immigration processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Philippine immigration laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing accurate advice to clients.
• Represent Fragomen at client meetings and events, promoting our services and building our brand.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new immigration services and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in immigration services, with a focus on inbound immigration to the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in English and Filipino, with additional language skills a plus.
• Experience with immigration software and tools, such as CaseWare, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in immigration law or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
