Admin Buyer (Grocery - Personal Care & Home Care)

Join Nirwana Pasaraya as an Admin Buyer specializing in Grocery, Personal Care, and Home Care products. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring seamless operations and optimal stock levels. Based in Ruteng, Nusa Tenggara Timur, you will work closely with our procurement team to source high-quality products, negotiate prices, and manage supplier relationships.

As an Admin Buyer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our inventory, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with our warehouse team to ensure timely restocking. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of our procurement strategies, working to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate procurement and inventory records using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for Grocery, Personal Care, and Home Care products.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely restocking.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed procurement decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new procurement processes and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on procurement and inventory performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and SAP for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Familiarity with the retail industry, particularly in the Grocery, Personal Care, and Home Care categories, is a plus.
• Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.
