📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the modern trade sector.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the modern trade industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
