📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with international organizations, NGOs, and corporate partners.
Identify potential partners through networking, research, and outreach activities.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring they align with Five Pillar Foundation's mission and goals.
Coordinate and manage joint initiatives with partners, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports to the management team.
Represent Five Pillar Foundation at international conferences, workshops, and networking events.
Stay updated on global trends and best practices in international partnerships and NGO management.
Contribute to the development of Five Pillar Foundation's international strategy and growth plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international partnerships, NGO management, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing international partnerships.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Knowledge of international development and social impact sectors.
