In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of estate managers, housekeepers, and concierge staff, ensuring that our properties are always in top condition. You will also be involved in the strategic planning and development of our luxury estates, working closely with our design and development teams to create unique and unforgettable experiences for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury villas and private residences, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of estate managers, housekeepers, and concierge staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
• Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and renovation of luxury estates, working closely with design and development teams.
• Liaise with local suppliers and service providers to ensure that all necessary amenities and services are available for our guests.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.
• Represent Hastari Adakara Investment at industry events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality or estate management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Certification in Luxury Property Management or a similar relevant certification.
• Proven experience in managing high-end estates, villas, or private residences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi or AppFolio, is a plus.
