Full-Time Cashier for Premium Dining Experience at MiA Restaurant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional guest experiences. As a cashier, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

In this role, you’ll handle all cash transactions, process payments via various methods including credit cards, mobile payments, and cash, and manage the cash drawer to ensure accuracy and security. You’ll also assist with table service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rp 3,500,000 - Rp 4,000,000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including credit card, mobile payments, and cash transactions.
• Assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including the cash drawer and point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor and report any discrepancies in cash handling or transactions.
• Perform closing procedures at the end of each shift, including counting cash, reconciling deposits, and preparing reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Square, Toast, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and stand for long periods of time.
