• Guide customers through the app onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition to digital banking.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of mobile banking applications and digital payment solutions.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with the banking industry and financial products.
• Valid ID card and ability to work in Jambi.
