📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the development of advanced NAND flash memory devices, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and yield targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product development strategies.,Conduct process and device characterization to optimize performance and reliability.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing yield and efficiency.,Work closely with process engineers to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.,Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in NAND device engineering.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Contribute to the development of new process technologies and tools to support future product generations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in NAND flash memory device engineering, with a strong background in process development and characterization.,Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-performance NAND devices.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and CMP.,Proficiency in using process simulation and characterization tools such as TCAD, SEM, AFM, and electrical test equipment.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
