📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and respectful resolution.,Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and development needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
