In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and receiving.,Ensure the safety and security of warehouse personnel and inventory.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management software.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage warehouse budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehousing and logistics.
