📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial records.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the clinic's financial planning.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Maintain and update financial systems and software as needed.,Handle vendor and supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and proper documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
