📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source potential candidates.,Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.,Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
