📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining a sterile workspace.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and healthcare team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Registered Nurse (S1) with a valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Experience with infection control and sterile technique.
• Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
