Apotek Cahya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Lead Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure the smooth and efficient supply of goods and services. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of the business.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.,Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.,Analyze procurement data and provide insights to improve processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to procurement.
