QUARK Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for developing and retaining top talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in leading HR teams.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
