📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of store crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.,Train and develop store crew members to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or similar roles.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of inventory management and sales operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian language.
