📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets.,Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.,Train and mentor production staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to support production needs.,Implement and monitor safety protocols in the production area.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Report on production performance and suggest improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of baking processes and quality control standards.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
