Village Link Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales professional to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales or a related role.,Proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
