Fresh Code Pratama is seeking a skilled Assistant Technical Writer to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing technical documents, manuals, and other written materials. If you have a passion for writing and a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and edit technical documents, manuals, and other written materials,Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Ensure documents are clear, concise, and easy to understand,Review and revise documents for grammar, style, and consistency,Maintain and update technical documentation as needed,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations,Support the marketing team in creating product literature and promotional materials,Work with the QA team to develop test plans and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
