📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage the store's staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize losses and maximize sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve store targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.
