📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Providing coaching, training, and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their performance.
  • Monitoring and reporting sales performance to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Understanding of the Jember market and consumer behavior.
