📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the hiring team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
