Shopee is looking for a Sortation Center Lead to join our SPX Express team in Bali. As a Sortation Center Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sortation center, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with a team of operators and supervisors to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the daily operations of the sortation center, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.,Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to improve productivity and efficiency.,Train and mentor team members on proper sorting procedures and safety protocols.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.,Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehousing industry.,Strong knowledge of sorting and handling procedures, including manual and automated systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Familiarity with SPX Express systems and processes is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
