📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.,Manage and coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, implementing measures to mitigate risks.,Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.,Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including project progress, performance metrics, and any issues encountered.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong knowledge of industrial processes, quality control, and safety regulations.,Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.,Familiarity with ERP and other relevant software tools used in the manufacturing industry.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for business purposes.
