PT Ratu Harapan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure that all branch activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, with a focus on branch operations.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of branch management best practices.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze branch performance metrics.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
