📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.,Manage employee deductions, including taxes, insurance, and other benefits.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions and deductions.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods.,Ensure all payroll processes are in line with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff members in payroll and deductions procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and payroll regulations.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
