We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.,Work with our kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.,Work with our team to create a positive and productive work environment.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage costs, as well as inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
