Life Global Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Oversee cash handling and banking procedures to prevent losses and errors.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile daily transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven track record of managing cash transactions accurately.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
