📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement transmigration programs aligned with national and provincial policies.
Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and evaluate transmigration projects to measure impact and make data-driven decisions.
Facilitate community development initiatives to support the integration and well-being of transmigrants.
Collaborate with other departments to foster regional growth and sustainable development.
Represent the Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi in national and international forums to advance transmigration best practices.
Manage a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in transmigration and community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transmigration or community development.
Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of successful project implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
Familiarity with transmigration policies and regulations.
Certification in Project Management or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
