📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies and initiatives to drive operational efficiency and growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor departmental performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage employee development and training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Represent the department in meetings and discussions with senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of HR management and best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
