ION Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sumedang. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and other departments.

As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing staff, and implementing best practices to optimize warehouse performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth running of activities.
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and work efficiently.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, stock movements, and operational metrics.
  • Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with Indonesia's logistics and supply chain industry is a plus.
